Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 21, 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of this portfolio website and any web design, Framer development, front-end development, consulting, or related services agreed with me. A signed proposal, statement of work, or written agreement may add to or override these terms for a specific project.
2. Website use
You may browse and share links to this website for lawful purposes. You may not copy substantial portions, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website in a misleading, harmful, or unlawful way.
3. Proposals, scope, and timelines
Quotes and timelines are based on the information available when they are prepared. Work outside the agreed scope, delayed feedback, missing assets, or changes in requirements may affect cost and delivery dates. Additional work requires written approval.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, access credentials, approvals, and materials they have the right to use. Delays in these items may pause or reschedule the project.
5. Fees and payment
Payment schedules are stated in the project proposal or invoice. Deposits reserve project time and are non-refundable once work begins. Late payments may pause delivery, publishing, transfer of files, or further support.
6. Intellectual property
After full payment, the client receives the rights described in the project agreement for final approved deliverables. Pre-existing tools, reusable code, methods, licensed assets, fonts, plugins, and third-party materials remain subject to their original ownership or licences. Unless confidentiality is agreed, completed work may be shown in my portfolio and marketing.
7. Third-party services
Websites may depend on platforms, hosting, domains, analytics, fonts, integrations, APIs, or plugins supplied by third parties. Their pricing, availability, policies, and performance are outside my control, and clients are responsible for ongoing third-party fees unless agreed otherwise.
8. Testing, support, and warranties
Reasonable testing is completed against the agreed requirements and supported browsers. Issues caused by later edits, third-party changes, unsupported environments, or use outside the agreed scope are not covered unless a maintenance agreement is active.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost revenue, data, opportunities, or business interruption. Any direct liability relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for the affected services.
10. Cancellation and contact
Either party may end a project in writing. The client remains responsible for completed work, committed costs, and approved expenses up to the cancellation date. For questions about these terms, use the contact page on this website.
